CONFERENCE «Climate change problem and public participation»
Initiated to issues of public participation on national Climate Change program, development of position of NGO on ecological and climatic policy.

In October 2010, Youth Eco Center NGO “Little Earth” in cooperation with the Club of Environmental organizations of Tajikistan and Climate Research Center of State Hydrometeorology office under the Environmental Committee of the Government of Republic of Tajikistan plans to hold a National Conference on participation of the community in national and international programs on climate change «On the way to Cancun, Mexico»
Tajik public organizations, associated to climate network of NGO TajCN (Tajik Climate Change Network), actively work on development of position and recommendations on climate policy issues, took part in UN climate change in Poznan, Bonn, Bangkok and Copenhagen. Besides issues of climate policy, public organizations implement quite a few effective programs in the area of adaptation to climate change, energy efficiency, energy saving, awareness increase in the climate change area.
Representatives of interested governmental and non-governmental organizations, international organizations, experts, representatives of NGOs from Central-Asian countries, representatives of international climate network CAN-EECA will participate on the conference.
